Configure In-App Log Submission
The new In-App Logs Submission toggle allows Admins to control whether or not users are permitted to directly submit troubleshooting logs from within the HYPR Workforce Access Client and the HYPR Mobile App. This allows you to keep keep logs private to your organization if desired. Previously this option was controlled by setting a feature flag.

  • When the toggle is ON, logs sent from within the HYPR Mobile App and HYPR Workforce Access Client are submitted directly to HYPR Support via an API call.

  • When the toggle is OFF, logs sent from within the HYPR Mobile App and HYPR Workforce Access Client are submitted using the native email client installed on the device. The email address used is configurable.

For Workstation applications, the In-App Logs Submission toggle appears on the Workstation Settings screen. For Web applications it appears on the Login Settings screen.
