Summary of Changes

The 6.4.1 patch resolves several issues identified in production subsequent to the main 6.4.0 release.

Make Registration Request Timeout Configurable
To allow users with slow upload speeds to successfully pair the Mobile App with the Workforce Access Windows client, the request timeout setting is now configurable via the new Certificate Template Timeout entry registry entry. Previously, if the request to obtain the certificate from AD took longer than 10 seconds the registration would fail with a timeout.

Keep Recovery PINs from Disabling Online Authentication
The Recovery PIN settings no longer interfere with a user’s ability to authenticate successfully with the Mobile App. Previously, if an Admin enabled the Recovery PIN feature in the Control Center and then subsequently disabled it, smartphone authentication would no longer unlock the machine unless the user switched to offline mode or re-registered the device.

Prevent Logo Distortion in Device Manager
Custom logos uploaded via the Control Center are now scaled using their original aspect ratio and displayed without distortion in the Device Manager.

Add API Method to Check Status of Private Keys
The iOS SDK has a new API endpoint to check whether private keys are present in the Secure Enclave on the user’s device.

Localize Alert Messages
Alert messages displayed in the Mobile App when the user has microphone/camera permissions denied are now properly translated.
