Offline Mode Authentication UI Changes
The HYPR Mobile App Offline Mode UI has been improved to make it easier for users to authenticate when their workstation and/or mobile device has no internet connection.

  • If the HYPR Mobile App can't reach the workstation, the user is now automatically offered the offline PIN option after five seconds have elapsed.

  • If the mobile device is offline, the HYPR Mobile App now displays a message on the main screen and takes the user directly to the offline PIN option.
