HYPR Affirm Verification Step: Entra Verified Credentials
HYPR Affirm can require a requester to present a Microsoft Entra Verified ID credential as a step within a verification flow. The requester scans a QR code or follows a deep link to open Microsoft Authenticator, selects their credential, and submits it. HYPR validates the credential claims, issuer trust, and expiration before advancing the workflow.
This integration requires a Microsoft Entra ID integration configured in HYPR Control Center. The Entra application used for the verification step must have the VerifiableCredential.Create.PresentRequest (Delegated) permission.
Common use cases:
- Require a pre-issued credential as proof of identity during a verification flow
- Combine with other verification steps for multi-layer identity assurance
