HYPR Mobile App Compatibility Matrix

The compatibility matrix covers the HYPR Mobile App only. It lists the operating system versions and the device models the app supports, with Android and iOS on separate pages because the supported versions, the device lists, and the passkey requirements differ between them.

Supported Android operating systems and their release dates, supported device models by OS version, the Android version required for passkey operations, and the manufacturers HYPR does not support.

Supported iOS versions and their release dates, and the Apple iPhone models supported at each iOS version.

Common to both platforms

For security reasons, the HYPR Mobile App terminates immediately and without displaying an error if it is run on a rooted Android device or a jailbroken iOS device.

All HYPR components, the HYPR Mobile App included, are compatible across the three previous and three subsequent minor (X.X) HYPR releases.
