Approver Chat and Video

The Approver Chat and Video step opens a live chat session between the requester and the assigned approver. The approver can ask follow-up questions, request additional evidence, and use video to confirm the requester's identity directly. Enabled by default.

This step has no configurable options on its own — its behavior is governed by the workflow's Approver Chain and the per-step retry / failure outcome behavior described in Injectable Outcomes and Retry Limits.
