Helpdesk Operations

HYPR Affirm Helpdesk gives help desk agents an agent-initiated verification surface: when a caller asks for a password reset or other sensitive change, the agent can launch a verification workflow against the caller, observe the outcome, and complete the support action with high-assurance identity proof on record.
