Affirm Analytics

HYPR Affirm exposes two operational surfaces for tracking verification activity end-to-end: the Activity Log for per-flow requester outcomes and the Audit Trail for low-level administrative and lifecycle events. Both correlate by a single Verification Flow ID so a single verification can be traced from the requester's first action through outcome handoff and downstream writeback.

Activity Log

Per-verification record of who attempted what, which steps passed or failed, the issued outcome, and links to retained evidence. Sorted by submission time, filterable by status, workflow, and date. The primary surface for support, audit, and compliance teams.

Audit Trail

Stream of administrative and lifecycle events — workflow creation, configuration changes, customization edits, writeback lifecycle (AFFIRM_WRITEBACK_*), escalation actions, and policy decisions. Used by security and compliance to reconstruct who changed what and when, and to detect anomalous administrative activity.
